Grassroots Postcard Outreach Campaign – Support HB 1106
Thank you to those who signed up to participate in our postcard campaign efforts to get our House Bill 1106 onto the House Professional Licensure Agenda.
  • Each participant who completed a brief form providing their addresses will receive a package of ~ 20 pre-printed postcards mailed directly to their home or office.
  • Postcards will be pre-addressed to Chairman Frank Burns, Chair of the House Professional Licensure Committee, respectfully urging him to schedule HB 1106 for committee consideration and action.
  • Additional postcards will be pre-addressed to your local State Representative, and business State Representative highlighting the bill's direct positive impact on constituents and healthcare delivery in your district.
The process is designed for maximum convenience and efficiency:
  • Upon receipt, simply add your return address and sign your name.
  • Encourage everyone in your practice and network who values this reform to contribute a signed postcard: Friends, family, staff, patients. The greater the volume reaching Chairman Burns and legislators, the stronger the demonstrated constituent support and the more likely the bill advances promptly.
  • Our goal is to eventually reach the entire legislature with our messaging, especially now that we have a companion bill in the Senate.
Advocacy for Senate Companion Bill: Removing Administrative Burdens For Chiropractors
We are pleased to announce that a companion bill has been introduced in the Pennsylvania State Senate to match House Bill 1106, "Removing Administrative Burdens for Chiropractors," which remains under consideration in the House of Representatives. The Senate bill is prime-sponsored by Senator Camera Bartolotta.
This is a significant milestone for the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, as our this legislation has not advanced in the General Assembly for the past eight years. We encourage members to review the bill details through official legislative resources and appreciate continued support as we pursue enactment to reduce regulatory burdens and improve access to chiropractic care.

State Senator Outreach
It is important that all Chiropractors are reaching out to their State Senators and asking them to cosponsor our companion bill dropped by Senator Bartolotta in the Senate. It has not yet received a bill number, so refer to the bill as the title of the cosponorship memo that has been circulated. Refer to the bill as follows: Removing Administrative Burdens for Chiropractors.

In February, the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association proudly convened with fellow members of the PA Provider Advocacy Coalition (PAPAC), a united voice representing diverse healthcare providers across the Commonwealth, to refine and finalize a shared vision statement and policy platform that will powerfully guide our collective advocacy efforts. The event was hosted by the Hospital Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania.
This coalition strengthens our commitment to advancing policies that enhance patient access, promote fair reimbursement, and champion conservative, cost-effective care in Pennsylvania's evolving healthcare landscape.
We are excited to build on this solid foundation, deepening our partnership with PAPAC to drive meaningful impact through future collaborative initiatives in the industry.
Together, we remain dedicated to informing, educating, and advocating for chiropractors and the patients we serve.
Meeting with New Executive Director of the PA House Human Services Committee
In February, the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association had the opportunity to meet with the newly appointed Executive Director of the PA House Health and Human Services Committee. The discussion was highly productive, covering key topics such as medical sequencing, Medicare and Medicaid policies, return-to-play protocols, and non-opioid alternatives for pain management. We greatly value this newly established relationship and are eager to build upon it by continuing these important conversations in the months ahead.
Save the Date for the PCA's 2026 Lobby Day taking place on June, 9th at the State Capitol in Harrisburg!

A Letter to the Chiropractic Community
Dear Doctor,
As a dedicated Chiropractor practicing in Pennsylvania, you understand the daily challenges and opportunities we face in delivering high-quality care to our patients. At the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, we remain committed to informing, educating, and advocating on behalf of you and your patients. A key part of that advocacy happens through our Political Action Committee (PAC).
The PCA PAC plays a vital role in protecting and advancing the chiropractic profession across the Commonwealth. Through strategic legislative engagement, we work to safeguard your scope of practice, ensure fair reimbursement policies, maintain patient access to chiropractic care, and counter any threats from competing interests or unfavorable regulations. In recent years, our collective efforts have helped secure meaningful victories in Harrisburg that directly benefit your practice and your patients' ability to choose chiropractic care.
One of the most important aspects of the PCA PAC is its focus and efficiency: 100% of the funds received from contributions go directly to advocacy efforts. Every dollar you contribute supports lobbying activities, legislative research, strategic political engagement, candidate support, and other initiatives aimed at strengthening chiropractic's position in Pennsylvania's healthcare landscape. No portion is diverted to administrative overhead or unrelated expenses; your investment stays laser-focused on the issues that matter most to our profession.
Your support of the PAC is more than a donation; it's an investment in the future of chiropractic in Pennsylvania. By contributing, you help ensure that our voice is heard loudly and clearly by lawmakers, regulators, and policymakers who shape the rules under which we practice. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or newer to the field, your participation amplifies the impact we can achieve together.
We invite you to join your fellow PCA members in supporting this critical work. Contributions of any amount make a difference, and if you would like more information about recent PAC activities or how your support has made an impact, please reach out. We are happy to share details.
Thank you for your continued membership in PCA and for your dedication to advancing chiropractic care. Together, through strong advocacy and unified support, we can protect and grow our profession for generations to come.
Sincerely,
Tim Faircloth
